Basic salary to £34,000 (flexible based on your experience)

The Role
*Managing a permanent recruitment desk.
*Placing candidates within your specialist sector.
*Following the recruitment process.
*Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates.
*Working closely with your clients to develop clients and relationships.
*Business development.
*Working closely with the existing team to ensure mutual targets are achieved.
Ideal Candidate
*Will come from a recruitment agency background (essential).
*Stable CV - no job hoppers.
*Can demonstrate a track record of success and achievement within the recruitment industry.
*Possesses the ability to build and grow long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
