Location: Wendover
Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years PQE, you’ll be at the forefront of our conveyancing team, managing a wide variety of residential property transactions. Your expertise will help our clients navigate their property journeys with confidence and ease. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Leading a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion.
* Delivering clear, practical, and high-quality legal advice to clients.
* Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
* Drafting and reviewing critical legal documents related to residential conveyancing.
* Staying up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and ensuring compliance with the latest legal standards.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support.
Person Specification:
My client  are seeking a standout candidate who possesses:
* At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
* Qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive or completion of a CILEx course would also be considered for this role.
* A proven track record of managing a diverse range of conveyancing cases.
* A strong commitment to working full-time in their Wendover office.
* Excellent drafting and communication skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* A meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
* The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
