My clients has muliple offices in the region and privides a friendly, fun, lovely working environment. The branch is busy and so my client is looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to come in and reap the rewards of the healthy stock list that covers the Great Barr area and into Birmingham city centre.

Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator – Benefits

*£24k Basic Salary plus bonus - £28-30k OTE

Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities
*Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
*Book viewings using the company’s system
*Complete customer records and update records in the system
*Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
*Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
*Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system
*Market new stock on all available media channels
*Negotiate and agree buyer offers and close on agreed lets
*Maintain and manage accurate administrative records

Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

*Previous experience in either property sales or lettings is advantageous.  
*You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
*You will have solid IT skills 
*You will be well spoken and well presented
*You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
