Workplace Health Case Manager Team Leader
Location: Homebased - Remote
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Workplace Health Case Manager Team Leader to work Homebased - Remote on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve:
- Overseeing and managing the remote Workplace Health Case Managers
- Work flexibility delivering services to the client with a combination of 20-45 minutes appointments throughout the day whilst managing and supporting a team
- Working as part of a team of Occupational Heath Team Leaders
- Play a vital role in the health and wellbeing of the many employees of clients and use your specialist clinical skills to provide expert assessments and the right solutions to match the client’s needs.
- Supporting a team of clinicians by auditing their reports and developing their skills to continuously improve the clinical performance of the OH team
- Undertake case management over the phone producing high standard and quality management advice reports
- Assist with the recruitment of staff and to support colleagues with all aspects of the recruitment process
To apply you will need to be a Senior/Manager in Occupational Health with proven experience in a Senior/Management role managing a team in a commercial setting. You will also need to have strong case management and report writing skills.
