As they continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and motivated Legal Cashier to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

Responsibilities:
* Processing client and office account transactions.
* Handling electronic bank payments and receipts.
* Reconciling bank accounts daily and monthly.
* Ensuring compliance with SRA accounts rules.
* Managing petty cash and office expenses.
* Preparing and processing invoices and payments.
* Liaising with fee earners and support staff regarding financial queries.
* Preparing month-end and year-end financial reports.
* Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning.
* Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
* Supporting the external accountants during audits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Legal Cashier within a legal firm is essential.
* Strong knowledge of SRA accounts rules and regulations.
* Proficiency in legal accounting software.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* AAT or similar financial qualification is desirable but not essential.
