Job Description:
CARE ASSISTANT
Location – Herefordshire
Days of work – 24 HOURS: 4 x 6 hour shifts (Day shifts to include some weekends)
* 1 x 12 hour overnight shift per week on a Sunday 19.30 to 07.30 hrs term-time only
(39 weeks/year)
Then change to
* 2 x 6 hr day shifts per week given on a Monday and a Thursday 7.30 am to 13.30 hrs half-term time only
(13 weeks/year)
EnViva, part of the Sonderwell Group are looking for Complex Care Assistants in the Herefordshire area.
Your day to day activities will include looking after a young boy:
* Epilepsy
* VNS (Vasal Nerve Simulator)
* Mild LD
* Glue Ears – Grommets Inserted Twice
He has a pet cat who he adores He enjoys playing on his x-box and particularly enjoys playing Fortnite. He likes playing outside and going to park, playing sports, especially football and basketball. He enjoys singing and dancing as well as spending time with his family.

We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.
Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.
Your ongoing development , whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher or specific clinic training is invested in too.
