Our client are a fast growth business.
They are now looking for a CRM Executive to join the team
Job Description:
* Primary focus on customer email, SMS and push campaigns including newsletter, promotional activity and referral.
* Campaign ownership from start to ?nish including planning, delivery and analysis.
* Responsible for the whole email creation process, including some basic image and HTML amends where required.
* Using email marketing design and delivery best practices, responsible for accurately collating and articulating design briefs to creative colleagues.
* Own campaign QA testing (content and technical) as well as managing deployment via the Customer Engagement Platform.
* Manage customer segment and selection process from de?ning targeting approach to writing data selection briefs through to delivery of campaigns.
* Report on segment volumes, campaign counts and produce campaign forecasts.
* Monitor campaign stats from delivery > conversion and produce daily/weekly and monthly reports and comment on performance using data.
* Produce campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
* Propose campaign and audience tests to improve key success metrics.
* Write and proof copy for campaigns.
* Understand competitor email activity and be on top of wider email marketing trends to highlight opportunities for future campaign improvements.
Personal Speci?cation:
* Ideally from a B2C marketing background or has gained experience through a placement/marketing degree.
* Understanding of email marketing design and delivery best practices.
* Experience with ESP/Marketing automation or CRM technology.
* A high level of written competency, excellent written skills and ability to produce accurate written briefs.
* Strong organisation and coordination skills with excellent time management and planning. Ability to plan and manage multiple campaigns and tasks.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Logical and methodical - able to follow processes, formats and naming conventions.
* Competent in Excel and/or Google sheets.
* Experience in understanding how to read data and trend insights.
* Comfortable with numbers and reporting on performance.
* Able to work well independently and collaboratively, in-person and remote.
* Able to take ownership and responsibility for the work they produce.
* Basic hands-on HTML experience for editing and amends.
* Basic experience of design packages such as Photoshop/Sketch.
* Basic understanding of segmentation.
* A strong team player, keen to learn with a positive mindset and curious nature.
