Quality Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to join our client at an exciting time of growth. Working as part of the international governance team, you will manage the company’s quality needs, including day-to-day operations, process reviews, internal audit programs, and transitioning to new ISO accreditations

Quality Manager Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
* Management of the group quality programme including quality management system.
* Conduct reviews of company policies and processes.
* Supporting business needs for quality, including training for staff and complaints.
* Co-ordinating Internal Stakeholders and external Audit partners for 3rd party accreditations.
* Managing the quality processes, complaints and NCR processes, including resolutions.
* Establish a schedule and conduct Internal Audits of all quality processes and procedures.
* Coordinate Quarterly Quality Meeting liaising with senior leadership team, creating slide pack and actively supporting Audit Manager in its presentation delivery, as well as managing follow-up actions.

Quality Manager Requirements
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
* An efficient multi-tasker with at least 2-3 years experience within a governance or quality management role.
* You will have working knowledge of policy improvement, risk management and compliance oversight.
* Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards is preferred. 
* You will be inquisitive with a desire to improve processes.
* Detailed orientated and highly organised.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Confident communication skills.

The Location
Based in Oxford with free onsite parking.
This is hybrid role, working 2 days in the office. Open to both full time or part time hours.
