OVERVIEW:
• A highly reputable law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a thriving residential property team.
• You will have at least 2 years of experience in advising across the broad remit of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages and leases.
• The close knit team are looking for someone who has a sound track record of dealing with the whole conveyancing process from start to finish and possess the ability to provide a fantastic level of client service.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of the ever-changing law together with a strong understanding and knowledge of the industry and local property market.
