Job Title: UK Implementation Manager (Automotive)
If you have an automotive background and understand workshop environments/maintenance schedules, this could be the perfect step-up role for you. Successful team members in this position often come from car manufacturers in Service Manager positions (such as Ford, BMW etc), and typically have some experience in the software world alongside having great leadership skills. We are happy to speak to anybody who feels this role may be right for them.
Location: Home/field - candidate to be based in the Northwest, ideally along the M62 corridor with easy access to Manchester, Leeds, and Wakefield. 50-60% field based
Salary: c£50,000 + average £5,000 bonus per annum

In this role, you will be instrumental in building on existing foundations and growing a high-performing Services Team. You will be responsible for fostering a team capable of operating across a breadth of product lines within the division. Additionally, you will facilitate the development of product and consulting skills across the team, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
Working directly with the UK Team Leaders, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and execute the revenue and associated targets for the Division. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving our strategic goals and maintaining our commitment to high standards and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
* Financial Management * Analyses project profitability, revenue, bill rates, and utilisation.
* Understands revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-complete projections, making informed decisions accordingly.
* Accurately forecasts revenue and utilisation for UK projects.
* Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for direct reports’ projects.
* Minimises risk on projects
* Monitors and updates forecasts for direct reports.
* Submits time and expense reports conscientiously and promptly.
* Enforces standard policies and procedures consistently.
* Operations Management * Supervises the day-to-day activities of direct reports to ensure the successful execution of project delivery services.
* Identifies resource needs and assigns individual responsibilities.
* Monitors utilisation of direct reports and adjusts assignments as necessary.
* Evaluates direct reports and provides counsel to improve performance.
* Ensures effective application of implementation methodology and enforces adherence to project standards by direct reports.
* Reviews deliverables prepared by the UK team before submission to clients.
* Follows up with clients as necessary regarding issue escalation.
* Creates and executes project work plans, revising as needed to meet changing requirements.
* Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
* Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
* Project Leadership and Consultation * Develops and implements project work plans, adapting them as necessary to address evolving needs and requirements.
* Oversees the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives.
* Leads project and product orientation sessions.
* Conducts and documents requirements definition and fit/gap analysis.
* Leads current and future state business process assessment workshops.
* Consults with customers related to system setup and configuration.
* Prepares and executes test plans.
* Prepares training documentation and materials.
* Delivers training to client team (system administrator, trainers, end users).
* Provides go-live preparation and support
