Role Description
As a Field Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn competitive uncapped commission by building relationships with customers/potential customers and helping them understand the value of their brands/products/services via residential campaigns.
With our expansive tools, systems and process, product training, sales coaching and ongoing 1-on-1 mentoring you will be fully equipped with all you need to be successful in the role.
What you’ll do
• Identifying and engaging with high-energy and professionalism with customers in your designated territory, focusing on the requested target market
• Conducting compelling face-to-face meetings and delivering clear/precise presentations
• Proactively networking and building knowledge to understand the target market and increase team/individual performance.
You’ll be great for this role if
• You have experience in a prior Field Sales role, ideally from the hospitality and retail industries or another point-of-sale solution but is NOT a necessity
as many current team members come from different backgrounds with no previous sales experience
.
• You have the ability to be consistent in your actions and work ethic, communication is key to delivering outstanding results
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term client relationships
• You have a genuine passion for customer service and supporting our clients’ brands/charities.
• You have an open mind when learning to analyse data/building pipelines to understand cold calling methods and Key Performance Indicators.

. Average earnings range from £21k to £30k per annum (OTE).

Requirements
• All candidates must be 18 years or older
• All candidates must either have the right to work in the UK or hold a full working visa suitable for this role
• Additionally, candidates should be available to attend in-person meetings at the office on a daily basis.
