Job Description:
We are looking for Assembly operatives to join our client in South Molton, a global leader within the aerospace industry.
* Job Title: Assembly Operative
* Hours: Core Day Shifts: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 4:45 PM, Friday 8AM - 12PM;
Rotating Shifts: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2PM/2PM - 10PM, Friday 6AM-11AM/11AM - 4PM
* Job Type: Full Time; Temp Ongoing
* Pay Rate: Core Days - £11.44/ph; Double Days - £13.17/ph (6-2), £14.30/ph (2-10)
* Location: South Molton
Your role as an Assembly Operative:
* Preparing and Assembling mechanical and electrical kit components
* Using measuring tools to check accuracy of components in line with company procedures
* Reporting any Health and Safety issues
* Rectify errors or by taking appropriate corrective action
* Working to job card deadlines
Skills required as an Assembly Operative:
* Ability to read drawings
* Proficient using measuring tools
* Basic Computer Literacy
* Ability to maintain accurate records
* Attention to detail
* Good dexterity

* Full training provided (production or electronics background advantageous)
* Upon successfully completing the trial period opportunity to go perm will be available
* For the Temporary period weekly pay, then monthly

* 28 days paid holiday including Bank Holidays
