Job Description:
One of our outstanding Ofsted-rated schools is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team in September, to help support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and to foster academic growth and emotional resilience in their students.
Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one or group support.
* Assist teachers in lesson delivery.
* Encourage positive social interactions.
* Help manage behaviour and document progress.
About You:
* Experience with SEMH or challenging behaviour.
* Experience as a Teaching Assistant / LSA.
* Strong communication skills.
* Patience and empathy.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3).
