As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring the highest standards of audit quality and compliance are maintained. You will lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and provide valuable insights and recommendations. Your ability to manage and mentor a team of audit professionals will be crucial in fostering a productive and positive working culture, while also contributing to the development and growth of the firm’s audit practice.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
* Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring all audit work is delivered to a high standard.
* Provide technical support and guidance to the audit team.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant auditing standards and regulations.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Contribute to the development and growth of the firm’s audit practice.
* Mentor and support junior members of the audit team.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
* Significant experience in audit within a UK practice environment.
* Strong technical auditing skills and knowledge of auditing standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Experience in leading and managing audit teams.
* Strong client relationship management skills.
* Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
