Location: Colnbrook, UK
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Summary of the Role
We are a leading company specializing in exporting pets worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our friendly team in Colnbrook. This is a niche role where you’ll be taking bookings, providing quotes, and ensuring the safe and smooth transportation of beloved pets. Whether you have customer service experience or are well-versed in export logistics, we offer training packages to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome pets and their owners, ensuring a warm and friendly environment.
* Bookings and Quotes: Handle customer inquiries, take bookings, and prepare quotes for pet export services.
* Logistics Coordination: Prepare shipments and coordinate with drivers for transportation to Heathrow Airport.
* Pet Transport: Occasionally transport pets yourself in the company van, requiring a valid driving licence.
Working Hours
* Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
* 1 hour lunch break
