About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled contracts manager to deliver a range of planned works and capital delivery projects for a housing contractor in Essex.

Accountabilities
* Deliver planned works including kitchens and bathrooms
* Deliver capital works including maintenance, refurbishments, extensions and building schemes
* Lead teams and management of staff
* Responsible for a wide range of commercial activities such as pricing, procurement and contract administration and negotiation of contracts
* Ensure contracts are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards

Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in contracts management
* Experience delivering planned and capital works
* Leadership/managerial skills
* Strong commercial acumen
