We are excited to announce the re-opening of our client’s A la Carte Restaurant, located in a historic building on the outskirts of Croydon and we are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join the team for its new venture. The Role - Deputy Manager
* Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and Bar
* Performing duties in the absence of the General manager
* Training and development of junior staff members
* Managing the restaurant & bar. Taking bookings
The Person - Assistant Manager
* Outgoing and welcoming hospitality professional
* Stable work history showing progression
* Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
* Training experience an advantage
