Responsibilities:
* Part of a team of carers working on a rolling rota
* Safeguarding and managing boundaries with open communication
* Varied role including well-being, mentoring, nurturing, and activities
* Integration with on-site school and therapy team in a ’therapeutic community’
Requirements:
* Open to a wide range of experiences and backgrounds
* Previous residential childcare experience or willingness to learn
* Good basic English and IT skills
* Over 21 years of age
* Full driving licence
