Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Central London/hybrid working
Duration: 12 month FTC with permanent opportunity

Job Summary: The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations joining a current team of 4. They will be responsible for participating in various HR projects such as development reviews, bonus cycles and salary reviews. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, be an efficient administrator, and be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out onboarding and offboarding processes, general HR admin and running ad hoc reports. 
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
* Support with all HR administrative duties
* Run HR inductions (once a month)
* Draft offer letters and support with onboarding and offboarding 
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
* Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
About you:
* Strong HR administration experience
* Over 2 years of experience within a HR Assistant or HR Administrative role
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive and eager to learn
* CIPD Level 3
