Job Description
Main tasks:
* Generate market appraisals, developing new business and handling own portfolio of clients to achieve and exceed agreed targets
* Prepare mail out and talking to prospective purchasers at the beginning of marketing of a new property
* Arranging and attending viewing appointments
* Maintain strong, effective relationships and communication with vendors and applicants
* Consistently maintain a high standard of record keeping ensuring accuracy in file management and compliance
* Negotiating offers
* Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department


About you:
You will be an experienced Sales Negotiator with an in-depth knowledge of the local market
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

09:00 - 15:00
£27000 - OTE - £50000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression
