Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 18:00, Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (occasional overtime)
Location: Potters Bar (19 mins by train from Kings Cross)
Attractive salary + monthly commission + quarterly bonus

Handpicked Recruitment is a boutique finance recruitment agency. The company is primarily based in Potters Bar with a strategic hub in London’s Mayfair. The business is still in its early stages of growth with two full-time employees supporting the Managing Director.

Job Description
As a trainee recruiter, you will be responsible for:
* Sourcing and evaluating candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards, curating a comprehensive candidate database.
* Crafting and publishing detailed job advertisements using finite attention detail.
* Fostering strong client relationships through effective communication
* You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company’s online presence through social media management.
* Embrace opportunities for professional growth as you learn and execute strategies for business development, including lead generation via email, phone calls, job platforms and other innovative platforms.
* You willl also provide support with general administrative tasks and other ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
* If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
Education & Skills:
* Recent Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential
* Proficient in effective communication, encompassing both written and verbal forms.
* Possesses a solid grasp of commerce and macroeconomics concepts.
* Exhibits energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, coupled with a strong desire for continual learning.
* Demonstrates humility and a collaborative attitude, thriving within a small yet professional team setting.
* Prepared to embark on an apprenticeship degree program and commit to further educational endeavours
* Skilled in IT, proficiently navigating MS Office suites, databases, and various social media platforms.
