The Advocate Group are proud to be partnering with an innovative confectionary and snacks brand, working to find an incredible Senior Planning Manager to join their ever-evolving team and support continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead monthly, quarterly, annual forecasting/ planning across all products/ SKUs under the brand
* Manage the full planning lifecycle – supply, material, and demand
* Work with all stakeholders to ensure forecasts/ plans are achieved
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance etc to plan and project accurate revenue
* Team management, supporting the growth and development of the wider planning team
You:
* At least 6 years’ experience within a Supply / Demand planning role for an FMCG brand – ideally snacks or confectionary
* Team leadership – proven experience managing and developing a successful demand/ supply planning team
* Passionate, driven, hard-working
* Experience with SAP systems – ideally Sage
