Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and lead our client’s SMB Sales division.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of 10-12 sales professionals, including 1 Team Leader.
* Cultivate a customer-first attitude within the team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Manage relationships with approximately 5 key customers, focusing on retention and growth.
* Engage in around 20% external communication, handling escalations and maintaining client satisfaction.
* Drive sales strategy implementation and achieve targets through effective team management.
Desired Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the SMB sector.
* Strong leadership skills with a servant leader mentality.
* Passion for nurturing early careers and fostering team growth.
* Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ideally, a background in IT sales, but open to candidates who meet other criteria.
