The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
* £29,700 basic salary
* £50,000 OTE

Working hours:
As a Sales Valuer, you’ll be required to work full-time.
Valuer requirements:
* Have previous listing experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ambitious and career orientated
* Target-driven with a proven track record of achievement
* A car owner with a full UK driving license
Duties of the Sales Valuer will include, but not be limited to:
* Assisting the manager in developing the largest dominant market share for on-market and under-offer properties
* Producing high-quality marketing, including photographs, descriptions and web marketing
* Assisting the manager with the structure and organization of the office
* Providing exceptional customer service at all times
