As the Senior Head of Software, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the UK software division, driving profitability, and establishing strategic partnerships.
About the role:
Leading the growth of their software business in the UK market, driving revenue, and exceeding sales goals. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand their presence across the private and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive software sales growth in the UK market.
* Lead and mentor a team of software specialists to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets.
* Cultivate strategic partnerships with major software vendors and hyperscalers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative software solutions.
* Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
* Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
* Implement best practices for software sales, marketing, and customer success.
* Lead pipeline management processes and communicate forecasts to senior leadership.
* Represent our company at industry events to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
* 10+ years of success in senior leadership roles within the software industry.
* Extensive experience in software sales, solution building, and partnership management.
* Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Deep understanding of the UK software market and competitive landscape.
