The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our conveyor belt product line. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong market knowledge and exceptional sales skills.
Description
* Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
* Analyse market data to develop and implement effective business strategies.

* Sales and Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

* Strategic Planning:
* Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand market share and achieve revenue goals.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

* Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Collaboration and Teamwork:
* Work closely with the engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
* Collaborate with other departments to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

Profile
* Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytic tools.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong understanding of conveyor belt products, applications, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel as required.
