Jackson Sims are looking for an experienced Day Concierge to work within a luxury residential development in Reading.
Position: Day Concierge
Location: Reading
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Working Hours: 7am-7pm
Job type: Temporary assignment
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Concierge desk.
* Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
* Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
* Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
* Assisting residents with day to day queries.
* Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
* Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
* Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
* Issuing building fobs and parking permits.
Experience working in luxury residential is required.
