As the Registered Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of all care services,ensuring the highest standards are met. You will be responsible for both strategic planning and day-to-day management, reporting directly to the Responsible Individual and the Directors of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality childcare services focused on the best outcomes for each child and young person.
Provide practical leadership, supervise and mentor staff, and organise work patterns.
Facilitate care-focused training and access appropriate services to support childcare practices.
Ensure compliance with the Children Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
Manage and organise your own work rota, which may include evenings and weekends.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma of Higher Education (required).
At least 5 years of experience in residential childcare (required).
Valid UK Driving Licence (required).
