Job Description:
Skills:
* Neonatal Care Proficiency: Expertise in neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, and neonatal pharmacology.
* Family Communication: Ability to explain medical information clearly and provide emotional support to families.
* Team Collaboration: Effective working within a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and therapists.
* Critical Thinking: Rapid decision-making and problem-solving skills in emergency and complex situations.
* Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in monitoring, administering care, and documenting patient information.
Experience:
* Registered Nurse (RGN) or RN Child/Adult Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
* Experience of working in the relevant area (e.g., Adult critical care, Emergency department, cardiac intensive care). Experience with neonatal intensive care is a must.
