Job Description:
Camino Search is working with a high growth, Tech services firm with focus on the Insurance space. The business is going through a professionalisation process, and looking to upgrade their financial reporting and internal processes ahead of a potential transaction.
After years of growth, the business is looking to introduce robust financial control, revamp reporting & improve their FP&A to deliver insights to key stakeholders! You will have the opportunity to engage with the board & business partnering is an essential skill required for this hire.
If you have the following please get in touch;
* Experience in an SME business ranging from £5-20m in turnover
* Passion for best in class processes and financial operations
* Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA - practice is desirable but not essential
* Experience of working in a B2B Services business
* Experience of working within the Insurance space is desirable but not essential
