Sales Administrator
£28,000 Basic salary Plus Bonus

Our client a leading Engineering company who is now seeking a Sales Administrator to support in the development of new partners to ensure the continued expansion of the UK market
The requirement is for an office-based point of contact for existing customers developing long term relationships, and generating additional business. Previous experience and a track record of building and delivering relationships within a sales support environment is essential.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
* To develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure we are first choice when placing orders, first refusal in any competitive situation and to be familiar with customer’s regular requirements.
* Understand our customers’ service and material requirements
* Develop and agree methods to obtain additional new business. Proactively seek out new opportunities and follow up initial sales leads
* To develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure we are first choice when placing orders. Log outcomes of calls and update customer data. Utilise CRM system to categorise customers for business reporting
* Manage site visit post actions via CRM system for additional opportunities of hardware sales.
* Software training of managed accounts to promote user engagement, and ensure clients are getting the best out of the solutions supplied.
* Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Future development within the role will be to identify new business opportunities through existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and experience.


* Sales Admin / Support background.
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast paced company.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
* Proficient in Office 365/Excel.
* Good Understanding of technology.
* Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts.
* Proactive, organized, great time and work-load management to prioritize tasks and actions.
* Experience with working within the software industry desirable but not essential.
