About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is a Facilities Manager for a housing provider in Croydon.
Accountabilities
* Responsible for voids and repairs
* Management and coordination of a facilities services team
* Carry out inspections and compliance checks
* Responsible for planned preventative maintenance PPM
* Ensure health and safety procedures are in place
* Implement safe system of work guidelines
* Monitoring FM budgets
Candidate Requirements
* Available to start immediately
* Proven experience in FM
* Willing to travel to Croydon as required
* Recognised professional qualification or working towards
* Previous experience in housing, public sector or the charity sector preferably
