Blaymires Recruitment is representing a high-end residential contractor based in South London who is searching for a Project Manager to join the business
The company undertakes the refurbishment and new build of high-end residential properties of up to £20m in value. You will be joining a fast-moving and highly experienced team to complete large scale projects of high value and complexity, including specialist basement works.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering beautiful residential refurbishments as well as striking new build projects throughout London.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
* Responsible for delivering complex high-end residential projects.
* Managing one project either directly or reporting to the Project Director.
* Assisting Pre-Construction throughout the bidding process and following bid handovers.
* Providing leadership and direction to the project team throughout the delivery phase and post-completion.
Requirements of the Project Manager :
* Experience of managing High-End residential works.
* Experience at direct London competitor.
* Experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager
* Right to Work in the UK.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
