About the Job

The Billing Accountant will oversee the billing process, manage bank reconciliations, maintain the fixed asset register, and support other financial operations within the organisation.
Duties will include:

* Managing the accurate and timely billing of fees and extra charges

* Handling client queries and direct debit processing

* Conducting daily bank reconciliations and posting cash receipts and payments

* Updating the Fixed Asset Register

* Reconciling balance sheet accounts

* Supporting year-end accounts

* Assisting with audits

About the Successful Applicant

* The ideal candidate will hold an accounting qualification (AAT or similar)

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Intermediate Excel skills

* Excellent organisation skills

* Previous experience with financial accounts systems

* Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
