Job purpose
*Audit Leadership: Take the lead in planning, executing, and completing audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients. Ensure compliance with audit standards, regulations, and best practices.
*Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their business needs, provide valuable insights, and offer strategic advice to enhance their financial performance.
*Team Development: Mentor and guide audit teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Provide technical expertise, training, and support to team members.
*Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of the audit practice’s strategic plans. Identify opportunities for business development and revenue growth. Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards in audit methodologies, documentation, and reporting. Ensure adherence to professional ethics and standards.
*Business Development: Actively participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and networking events. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

*Practicing certificate would be advantageous.
