Job Description:
I am delighted to be working with a global healthcare provider and leading advocate for women’s health to recruit a Global HR Operations Manager.
About the role…
As Global HR Operations Manager you will partner and lead on strategic projects across HR Operations, Reward and Benefits with the directive to delivering a best in class HR service to the global organisation. You will be working with stakeholders across the globe to manage the HR operations for a client group of 300. Due to the globally dispersed workforce it is a essential in this role that you speak either French, Spanish or Arabic.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include:
* Optimizing HR Operation workflows - You will manage, align and improve HR Operations workflows. Leading on the review of HR processes and ensuring they are fit for purpose and improve the employee experience.
* Align the global benefits and reward - You will oversee and manage the global benefits to ensure they align with the company values. Lead on the strategic approach to pay and reward with equity at the heart of decision-making and adhering to local legal and regulatory requirements.
* Data and systems - You will lead with a strategic approach to how we use data and data analytics to report and use for HR decision making.
* HR Projects - This role has the opportunity to work on wider HR Projects globally, such as culture and engagement, acquisition and governance.
About you…
This is a super exciting time to join the organisation and within a key role for the HR team! To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR Operations specialist with global or international experience having worked at a senior level. As noted above you must speak French, Spanish or Arabic due to the countries and stakeholder you will partner with. (You do not have to speak all three.)
You will be able to demonstrate your experience working across end-to-end employee lifecycle, understating efficient and effective HR processes to enable an excellent HR service to the organisation. You will have previously led on process improvement and implemented these within your previous roles. You will have worked across similar sized businesses 300+ employees and used to working with dispersed teams.
It is essential that you have worked across reward and benefits as part of your role, leading on reviewing benefits and reward packages, job evaluation and benchmarking. This role will have oversight of payroll so experience working with payroll would be beneficial.
Location: London, Hybrid working 2 days a week
Salary: £70,000
