Job Description:
Wild Recruitment Milton Keynes are recruiting for their next award winner to join our team. We have an excellent reputation in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, supporting SME’s and large household brands with their temporary and permanent recruitment needs.
As we move through a already successful quarter 3, I am welcoming conversations with experienced B2B sales professionals or those with experience within the recruitment world, to join us in working as a recruitment partner to our commercial clients with their permanent recruit needs.
Our Milton Keynes team is a fun and hardworking, we work in a supportive environment with huge longevity in the team.

* Managing the full recruitment process from beginning to end for both clients and candidates.
* Business development to market Wild Recruitment as the recruitment partner of choice in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
* Supporting candidates with their journey to find their next career step.
* Meet with clients and candidates to understand their needs to support them with their requirements, face to face and virtually.
What do you need for this role:-
* Proven B2B sales or recruitment experience
* Tenacity to search for new opportunities to place your candidates into
* A team player who enjoys working towards a team effort to support your colleagues
* Full UK driving license
