Field Sales / Regional Sales Representative
Salary: £37,500 + uncapped monthly commission
Location: Bournemouth Office
Hours: Full Time

Main Responsibilities:
* You’ll research markets, identify potential clients, and target key decision-makers to expand our clients reach.
* You’ll leverage a mix of sales tactics, including cold calling and face-to-face interactions, to convert prospects into loyal customers.
* You’ll become a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and crafting customised solutions.
* You’ll build a robust pipeline using a CRM system, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads and quotes.
* You’ll collaborate effectively with colleagues and directors, keeping everyone on the same page.
* You’ll partner with the sales support team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

* Full, clean driving licence is essential
* You have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
