Job Description:
Daytime Healthcare are assisting a leading national Homecare agency, who are seeking a operations manager for the Greater Manchester and North West Region.
The main duties for this position is to lead the continuous review and development of our software-based compliance and rostering systems. From setup to optimisation, you’ll ensure seamless utilisation and integration of new systems.
You will also work with the director to set and achieve KPI’s and develop training programs.
