* Manage candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are well-prepared
* Option to specialise in search, business development, or develop into a talent advisory consultant. All paths offer significant earning potential.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Extensive recruitment experience, preferably in tech or engineering.
* Proven track record of exceeding targets
* Strong networking skills to build lasting relationships
* Self-motivated, driven, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
SALARY & BENEFITS:
* £25,000 - £30,000
* Significant commission
