Job Description:
Nearest Station: Marble Arch/ Bond Street (office 75)
Monday to Friday: 09.00- 17.00 or 08.00-16.00 ( 1 day per week flexible working )
Our client, a delightful boutique Accountancy practice with a great culture, are currently in need of a proactive and multifaceted HR Manager to oversee and manage all the HR functions and additional some office operations within the firm. This role is critical in enabling the smooth running of the practice and helping to maintain a positive, productive work environment.
We are looking for a hands on HR Manager who enjoys an operational role, being visible in the organisation and who can really make this role their own. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of previous HR Management experience, as well as a CIPD ( or equivalent).
This is an exciting role which will see you interact with a wide range of staff on a daily basis from bookkeepers to Senior Partners, ensuring you will gain a valuable insight into a broad range of areas that will allow you to develop an understanding of how the world of accountancy and business operates.
HR Management
* Staff Review Management:
* Pay Review Management:
* Absence and Holiday Management:
* Partner Meetings: Arrange and attend out of office quarterly partners’ meetings
* Recruitment: Assist and oversee recruitment processes, liaise with recruitment agents and senior team members, conduct interviews, and obtain references
* Onboarding: Facilitate the introduction and onboarding of new staff members
* Staff Support: Handle staff issues and concerns professionally and confidentially
* Departures: Oversee staff departures and ensure smooth transitions
* Payroll: Help process the firm’s monthly payroll accurately and on time
Office Management
* Contract and supplier management: Manage general repairs, cleaning, and contractors on-site
* Events: Organise Christmas party/ socials etc
* Office refurbishment projects:
Salary will be dependent upon experience
