Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for Microsoft products? Join our team at ICAEW as an Application and Microsoft Support Analyst! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for providing top-notch technical support to our students and members, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll work closely with our technical support, infrastructure development teams, and third-party suppliers to troubleshoot issues, implement changes, deploy software, and manage data. You will ensure that problems are resolved quickly and effectively, meeting the expectations of our business users, will be a key part of your day.
System configuration and integration? That’s in your wheelhouse too. You’ll keep everything running smoothly and communicate with users about software updates and fixes. Need to produce a report? You’ll handle that, or work with the technical support team to get it done.
Building great relationships with application users is essential. You’ll also collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements for implementing Microsoft products. Providing technical support and training for these products will also be part of your role.
What You’ll Need:
We’re looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can pinpoint and resolve issues efficiently. You should have a proven background of working in a Microsoft and SQL Server environment and be familiar with supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and NAV or Business Central). Experience with web architecture, Windows and web-based applications, Microsoft Power Apps, Azure services, and Azure DevOps is highly advantageous.
On a personal level, we value highly developed organizational and interpersonal skills. Clear communication is crucial, as is the ability to interact with business customers at all levels. Being a team player is essential.
Why work for us?
We want you to enjoy your work and flourish in your role.
Our working environment is friendly and supportive, and we encourage everyone to understand personal differences and treat each other with respect.
We are a diverse organisation, employing skilled and motivated people from all backgrounds and helping them to reach their full potential, through training and development.
Sustainability is important to us, and we work hard to reduce our carbon footprint, whether that’s in our buildings through lighting and heating, or encouraging staff to recycle and reduce paper consumption.
Our employee benefits include:
* A substantial suite of training and development
* Flexible working arrangements
* A generous benefits package which includes gym discounts, pension plan, season ticket travel loans and health and dental plans
We are a disability confident employer.
