Job Description:
* Are you ready to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding global manufacturing organization as a Night Loading Assistant? At Origin, we’re on the lookout for a dedicated Loading Assistant who will play a crucial role in ensuring our delivery vehicles are perfectly loaded with the next day’s shipments.
Principle Responsibilities * Accurate Loading: Load vehicles with the correct orders, ensuring alignment with the provided paperwork.
* Organized Loading: Arrange items in the specified order according to the manifest.
* Picking & Packaging of trim to fulfil customer orders
* Quality Assurance: Conduct double quality checks on all items being loaded.
* Note and report any damage observed during the loading process.
* Double Check all Loads for any inconsistency against delivery Paperwork
* Investigate any missing items from load and double check original locations
* Strap and protect each item adequately for its journey
* Order Completeness: Ensure all orders are complete and customers receive their deliveries On Time In Full.
* Participate fully in any training identified and organised
* Ensure all vehicles are loaded in a safe manner and that the product loaded is protected from damage while in Transit
* Blue Foaming customers orders when required
What you will have * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent team worker with a hands on approach
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative
* Willingness to think outside the box and get involved even when outside the job description
