Tennial Personnel are looking for a full time permanent Customer Service Representative to help organize and run our client’s online retail store. ideal candidate will be a proficient MS Office user, have excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and be punctual, responsible and reliable. You will be skilled at organizing, solving problems and multi-tasking. You will be Working in a new modern office located in East Ipswich Suffolk..
Duties and Responsibilities will include
Delivering high quality and effective customer service via telephone and email, Assisting customers in placing orders , Processing and checking invoices , you will also be responsible for Liaising directly with our clients couriers and their customer service representatives to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience. You will provide General administration support for the whole team - Your Skills and Experience should be 2+ years of customer service experience, previous experience dealing with couriers is desirable, creative and resourceful problem solver with a positive attitude our client will provide On-site parking, shifts include 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday + one Saturday a month you must be Willing to work overtime when required salary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £13 per hour
