Job Description:
Our client based in Dorking is looking for an Administrator to assist the Business Support Team, by providing a range of support to ensure things run smoothly. This is a client facing role that plays a key part in the company’s operations and ensures a first-class delivery service externally and internally to their clients. The ideal Administrator will be a self-motivated individual who is able to use their own initiative
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception and switchboard
* General administrative support
* Telephone and email communication
* Provide refreshments for internal or external meetings as required
* Prepare meeting rooms as required
* Distribution of internal documents
* Franking and prepare post for despatch
* Taking post and special deliveries to the Post Office
* Opening new files and archiving old files/documents
* Administer the arching filing system
* Reviewing and scanning client ID onto the database
* Perform any other duties as reasonably requested from time to time
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Experience in a reception role and ability to use switch boards
* Strong written and verbal communication
* IT literate
* Good telephone manner
* Good organisation and time management
