Duties:
* Prepare and manage all incoming correspondence
* Preparing Word processing documents, such as presentations and reports
* Processing and checking invoices
* Completing staff timesheets
* Create and maintain filing systems and databases
* Completing site deliverables and uploading them onto the company system
* Upload all site documentation to an online system
* Liaise with the site team and assist colleagues with all aspects of administration
* Ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
* 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C, including English and Maths
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong numeracy and IT Skills
* Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your workload
* Ability to be polite but firm when dealing with difficult customers
* You must be a team player with a flexible attitude
* Confident with using a computer and office equipment
* Willingness to travel when required throughout UK
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous experience of working on site is desirable
