Description
* Providing general administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Organising and maintaining files and records
* Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
* Assisting with the preparation of project-related documents
* Maintaining office supplies and equipment
* Supporting other departments as needed
* Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
* A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A keen eye for detail
* Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
