Job Title: Complex Needs Project Worker!
Location: Camden
Salary: £14.00 per hour + holiday pay
Contract: Temporary (3-6 months, possible extension)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week on a rota (early shifts: 8AM - 4PM, late shifts: 2:30PM - 10:30PM), Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 9 clients, create Support Plans, and conduct assessments.
* Respond to referrals and identify care pathways.
* Build relationships with stakeholders and support agencies.
* Assist residents with benefits, rent collection, and budgeting.
* Monitor and report maintenance issues, conduct housing checks.
* Respond to challenges in a psychologically-informed manner.
Requirements:
* Experience with complex needs clients.
* Understanding of residential support services.
* Strong assessment and support planning skills.
* Ability to handle crises and complex situations.
* Knowledge of Strengths and Recovery model and PIE.
* Proficient IT skills.
