Job Description:
We are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to work Mon, Tue & Wed-Once fully trained opportunity to work 2 days from home and 1 from Leatherhead site.
Lovely team to work with and fun environment.
Your role will be heavily based in Payroll & Data Entry, so we are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Input timesheet details onto system for Payroll completion
* Check and manage Payroll database
* Produce reports for Payroll
* Produce invoices
* Data Entry-Hours onto Payroll system
* Maintain candidate database correctly and accurately
* General ad-hoc administration to support team
* Numerical and strong EXCEL skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good communication skills, both written & verbal
* Able to work under pressure & to tight deadlines
* IMMEDIATE START
* HOURS: 8.30-5PM MON, TUE & WED (HYBRID)
