The Role
The rounded role will see the successful candidate taking the lead on a huge range of events. You will have ownership over every part of the planning process including responsibilities such as:
-          Brief taking, proposal development and pitching
-          Client relationship management and project communication 
-          End to end responsibility of timelines and project success
-          Development of creative ideas, solutions and content in line with the brief
-          Organisation of all logistical requirements
-          Sourcing, briefing and management of suppliers - venues, production, staffing agencies, etc.
-          Liaison with designers and creatives
-          Onsite management to oversee installation and delivery 
-          Financial accountability including quotations and budgeting
The Candidate
We are seeking candidates who have proven experience of delivering B2C, brand experience or experiential events from end to end, ideally from an event, production or marketing agency environment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a creative flair in order to develop ’out of the box’ solutions for their clients. The ability to work in a very fast paced environment is also essential. We are looking for individuals who are highly ambitious and have the ability to travel onsite for events as well as access to a car.
